Dave Goldberg

— Chief Executive Officer Dave joined SurveyMonkey in April 2009. He has been a successful entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and technology and music industry executive. He has run, and successfully grown, several online consumer businesses.
Dave founded LAUNCH Media Inc. in 1994, which delivered music and music-related content online, and he led the company through its acquisition by Yahoo! in 2001. Following the sale, Dave served as Vice President and General Manager of Yahoo! Music, where he led the company's global music operations and built it into the Internet's most-visited music destination. In 2006, Dave was named one of Billboard Magazine's top power players in digital music. From 2007 until he joined SurveyMonkey in 2009, Dave served as an Entrepreneur in Residence with Benchmark Capital where he evaluated investment opportunities for the firm and advised portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, Dave was Director of Marketing Strategy and New Business Development at Capitol Records in Los Angeles. Currently, Dave also serves on the Board of Directors at Dashbox, Graham Holdings Co. (formerly The Washington Post Co.) and the non-profit New Schools Venture Fund. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Government.
Selina Tobaccowala

Selina joined SurveyMonkey in October 2009. Previously Selina was Senior Vice President of Product and Technology at Ticketmaster's Europe division, where she managed the 200-person Product, Technology and Operations team. Prior to that, Selina was Vice President of Online Product and Technology at Entertainment Publications, where she led the company's online sales and technology initiatives. In 1997 Selina founded Evite.com, an online invitation service that lets users organize an offline event online, and which currently sends over three million invitations per month. As VP of Engineering for Evite.com, she led the company's development and operations and played a key role in setting the strategic direction with the board of directors. In 2001, Evite.com was sold to Ticketmaster. Tobaccowala holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Tim Maly

Tim joined SurveyMonkey in May 2009. Previously he was at Google, where he spent six years in a variety of senior management roles in Online Sales & Operations. Most recently, he led the Inside Sales and Sales Strategy & Operations teams for AdWords North America. Prior to that, he was Director of Operations for Google Checkout. Tim also built the international business operations for AdSense Online. Before Google, Tim worked as an Associate at Silver Lake Partners, a technology-focused private equity firm and as an Investment Banking Analyst in M&A at Goldman Sachs. Tim received a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University.

Will joined SurveyMonkey in April 2011. Previously, he was VP of Product at TripIt, a Webby-award winning travel service that was acquired by Concur Technologies in January 2011. At TripIt, Will was responsible for product management, design and customer care. Prior to that, Will was Senior Director of Product at Yahoo!, responsible for the Profiles, Mash and Photos teams. Before Yahoo!, Will co-founded and ran product for vVault (now part of Biscom) and spent 3 years before that at CNET. Will received a BA in Foreign Affairs from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
Noreen Bergin

Noreen joined SurveyMonkey in May 2009. She has extensive experience in finance, accounting and business operations primarily in the software and Internet space. Most recently, Noreen spent eight years consulting with start ups and working on community projects. From 1999 to 2001, she was CFO for FusionOne. Prior to FusionOne, Noreen spent five years as SVP of Finance and Corporate Controller for Netscape, where she was responsible for all areas of worldwide finance, accounting, treasury, tax and customer operations. Prior to Netscape, Noreen held the position of VP of Finance and Corporate Controller for Frame Technology, which was acquired by Adobe Systems; additionally, she held various financial positions including the position of Corporate Controller at Boole & Babbage, Inc. Noreen holds a BA from Santa Clara University in Education and General Humanities.

Becky joined SurveyMonkey in September 2011. Previously, she spent over 11 years at Yahoo! in various HR Leadership Roles. In her last role at Yahoo!, she was HR Partner for the Advertising Product Group and Search & Marketplaces organizations. Additionally, she served as HR Partner to the CMO and Sales/Marketing Organizations, spent 4 years on Mergers & Acquisitions and held multiple roles in talent acquisition. Before Yahoo!, Becky was at Nordstrom for 8 years in sales, Customer Service and HR roles. Becky received a BA in Public Administration from San Diego State University and an MBA from San Francisco State University.

Ada joined SurveyMonkey in February 2014. Previously she co-founded Connected, a contact management startup which was acquired by LinkedIn in 2011. At LinkedIn, she was responsible for the integration and re–launch of Connected as the new LinkedIn Contacts, and also led marketing for Growth and Premium Sales Subscriptions. Before this, she held a variety of product and marketing roles at Mochi Media (acquired by Shanda Games) and Microsoft. Ada holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Brent Chudoba

Brent joined SurveyMonkey in April 2009. Prior to SurveyMonkey, he was an Associate with Spectrum Equity Investors, a private equity firm. While at Spectrum, Brent was responsible for sourcing and executing Internet and online media transactions and was a member of the deal team that completed the SurveyMonkey acquisition in April 2009. Prior to Spectrum, Brent was an Investment Banking Analyst with Piper Jaffray's technology group, focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. Before that, Brent was a Research Analyst at Andor Capital, a long/short, technology focused hedge fund. Brent earned a BA in Political Science from Columbia University.

Jon joined SurveyMonkey in January 2014. Previously, Jon was Vice President of Research at the Pew Research Center. As Director of Polling and Polling Editor, he also led The Washington Post's polling operation through two presidential campaigns and four congressional cycles, as well as numerous gubernatorial and mayoral elections. Prior to the Post, he was a polling expert at ABC News and the Public Policy Institute of California. He is an active member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR). He previously served on AAPOR’s Executive Council, and as president of its Pacific Chapter, PAPOR. Jon earned an MA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in History from Johns Hopkins University.

Damon joined SurveyMonkey in June 2011. Before joining SurveyMonkey, he was Senior Director with Yahoo!, holding management positions within Corporate Development and multiple business units. Damon played a critical role in driving Yahoo!’s merger and acquisition strategy and led transactions which accelerated the company’s display advertising and consumer media efforts. He also ran a number of Yahoo!’s consumer businesses. Prior to Yahoo!, Damon was an Investment Banking Associate at Deutsche Bank, executing mergers and acquisitions and general corporate finance transactions for technology companies. Damon holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Luis joined SurveyMonkey in January 2010. He is responsible for SurveyMonkey's international operations in Luxembourg. Previously he was at Portugal Telecom, where he spent 7 years in a number of managerial roles, most recently as General Manager of tradecom.pt and COO of pmelink.pt. Before PT, Luis was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. He has spent much of his career internationally, having worked in the U.S., Germany, Brazil, Spain and the Netherlands. Luis received a BA in Management and a post-graduate degree in Multimedia and Communications Management from the Technical University of Lisbon.

Eleanor joined SurveyMonkey in July 2012. Previously, Eleanor was the General Counsel & VP, Business Development at Corel Corporation where she was responsible for building and leading the global legal team. Prior to Corel, Eleanor was Corporate Counsel at Autodesk, Inc., and then the General Counsel at Niku Corporation which was later acquired by Computer Associates. Eleanor went on to hold senior management roles in the Clarity Division of Computer Associates where she focused on business development and then at SupportSoft, Inc. where she was responsible for M&A and the direct consumer partner channel. Eleanor started her career as a litigator in private practice in San Francisco and received her J.D. from Yale Law School.

Ross joined SurveyMonkey in August 2011. Prior to SurveyMonkey, he spent four years in a variety of leadership roles at Google, most recently leading Chrome distribution. Before that, Ross was a Senior Manager within Consumer Operations and led the cross-product effort in Asia while building global teams responsible for Android and Google’s Mobile products. Before Google, Ross worked as a Corporate Strategy Manager at Brunswick Corporation and Principal Director at Human Factors International, a user experience consulting group. He started his career as a Usability Engineer at Bellcore. Ross holds a BS degree in Human Factors Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Brennan joined SurveyMonkey in July 2013. Prior to joining the company, he was a VP at Yammer, where he helped lead Yammer to a $1.2B acquisition by Microsoft. Previously, Brennan spent 9 years at Google, most recently leading Global Sales Operations for Google’s Enterprise business. He also built and led multiple sales and operations teams across Google’s advertising, search and consumer businesses, and spent 7 years in Europe where he was on the management team that built out Google’s EMEA business operations. Brennan received his BS degree from Northwestern University.

Bennett joined SurveyMonkey in May 2011. Previously, she was VP, Marketing of Yahoo!'s Emerging Markets practice, overseeing all marketing functions in Southeast Asia, South America, India, the Middle East and Africa. Bennett also managed the Yahoo! Buzz Marketing team and developed award-winning programs for non-traditional marketing. Prior to that, she worked at Ogilvy and Manning, Selvage and Lee in New York City. Bennett received a BA in English from The Colorado College and a MS from the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
Will Wagner

Will joined SurveyMonkey in September 2010. Prior to joining SurveyMonkey, he held various Engineering leadership roles across Silicon Valley including roles at Ask.com, Echobahn, Visioneer, and Apple Computer. Most recently, Will worked at a small startup called Xmarks that helped users sync their bookmarks across computers and discover websites that were related to their search queries. Will has a BSCS from University of the Pacific and an MBA through Apple Computer’s Management Masters Program.
